Pasture Raised Pig ($14.50/pound) Whole or Half
Roughly 100 pounds of premium pasture raised pork (half) or 200-220 for whole.
Your Pig Share will either be 1/2 or a Whole animal and will consist of all the cuts available in a pig per the custom cutting instructions you fill out! The final cost will be based on the actual weight of the meat that you take home to your freezer times the price per pound ($14.50 per pound). Each package of pork will come vacuum sealed and will be labeled with the cut name and weight.
Today all we need is your deposit of $200.00 and this will put you in line for the next available pig. Once we have your deposit we will communicate with you to give you a timeline on delivery for your meat and confirm your delivery instructions.
Remember that you will need approximately 4 cubic feet of space for a 1/2 and 8 cubic feet for a whole ...cubic foot is about the size of a 1 gallon carton of milk.
Please take note that any Cancellation must be done at least 15 days prior to delivery or the deposit is non-refundable.

- CHOPS – 8 packages (2 per package) of pork loin
- COUNTRY STYLE RIBS – 2 packages
- GROUND PORK – 3 packages
- HAM – Bone-in OR boneless roasts OR ham steaks
- NECK BONES – 1 package (if requested)
- PORK LOIN ROAST – 1 package
- RACK OF RIBS – 2 packages
- SAUSAGE – 10 PKGS. (hot, sweet, Italian or combo/ 4 LINKS per package)
- SMOKED HOCKS – 2 packages
- TENDERLOIN – 1 package
