Farmer Nick follows a holistic approach centered on the belief that healthy food can, should, and must be grown without unnecessary chemicals, poisons and pesticides.  This is the most delicious, natural and local lamb you can buy in Connecticut.  (This has a 2 week lead time)

Ground Lamb- 3 pounds (1 pound packages)

Shoulder Chops- 3 pounds (2 packages roughly 1.5pounds each)

Loin Chops- 1 pound (1 package)

Rib Chops- 1 pound  (1 package)

Shank- 1 pound  (1 package)

Leg of Lamb- 3 pounds (1 boneless leg)

Denver Style Ribs- 2 pounds (1 rack)
